About the Role

Concrete Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Full Stack AI Developer with strong hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, AI-assisted coding tools, database management, and server deployment.

The selected candidate will work onsite at our prestigious client, Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd., Mumbai, developing, maintaining, and deploying enterprise web applications.

We are specifically looking for a developer who can use AI coding tools to accelerate development, independently build full-stack applications, troubleshoot issues, and deploy production-ready solutions on servers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js.
- Use AI-powered coding tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools to accelerate software development.
- Convert business requirements into working applications, modules, dashboards, and APIs.
- Develop REST APIs and integrate frontend applications with backend services.
- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.
- Independently deploy applications on Linux/Ubuntu or Windows servers.




- Configure Nginx/Apache, SSL certificates, domains, environment variables, and application services.
- Manage application processes using PM2 or similar process managers.
- Debug production issues, monitor application performance, and maintain application availability.
- Manage application code using Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
- Coordinate directly with client stakeholders and the CSS technical team.
- Deliver functional applications, quick prototypes, and MVPs within agreed timelines.
- Review, test, secure, and optimize AI-generated code before production deployment.

Required Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills

- React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Node.js, Express.js, REST API development
- AI-assisted coding / Prompt Engineering
- Git and GitHub
- Database integration and SQL/NoSQL knowledge
- Linux/Ubuntu server deployment
- Nginx/Apache, SSL, DNS, and PM2
- Application debugging and troubleshooting
- Ability to independently handle frontend, backend, and deployment

Good-to-Have Skills

- Server Deployment , Filezila uploading
- AI APIs, OpenAI integrations, and chatbot development
- Basic understanding of application security and performance optimization

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
- Strong practical experience in React.js and Node.js.
- Must be comfortable developing applications using modern AI coding assistants.




- Should be capable of independently handling the complete development lifecycle, from requirements to production deployment.
- Valuable communication and client coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be willing to work onsite at Lower Parel, Mumbai.
- Only immediate joiners will be considered.

Salary & Employment Details

- Monthly In-Hand Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 (No deductions from the agreed take-home amount).
- Payroll Company: Concrete Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
- Client Deployment: Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd., Mumbai.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays, as per client office timings.
- Joining: Immediate.

Statutory payroll obligations, if applicable, will be handled by the employer in accordance with applicable laws while maintaining the agreed take-home salary.
