Job Profile: Sales Executive

Job Objective

We are looking for a confident, presentable and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can help us expand our business by developing relationships with existing clients and acquiring new clients. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, digital marketing leads, referrals, networking and other sales activities, while also maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients.

Our clients include Builders, Developers, Real Estate Marketing Agencies, Architects, and other businesses associated with the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Existing Client Management

Maintain regular communication with existing clients. Understand their upcoming projects and business requirements. www.polycrayons.com Follow up for recent projects, repeat orders and referrals. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients. Coordinate with the internal production team to ensure smooth communication with clients.

2. New Client Acquisition

Identify and approach potential clients in the real estate industry. Search for Builders, Developers, Architects, Real Estate Marketing Agencies and related companies.



Generate leads through online research, networking, references and industry contacts. Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with prospective clients. Arrange and attend direct client meetings and presentations. Visit client offices and project sites when required.

3. Digital & Online Marketing

Coordinate with the digital marketing team for leads generated through Google Ads and other online platforms. Follow up with online enquiries and convert leads into business opportunities. Use LinkedIn, Google, email and other digital platforms for prospecting. Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients. Track leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations and conversions.

4. Sales & Business Development

Understand client requirements and explain our services professionally. Prepare and share quotations in coordination with the management/team. Follow up on quotations and negotiate professionally as required. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Identify new market opportunities and potential business segments. Develop strategies to increase company revenue and client base.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
