Backend Booking Executive

Salary: ₹32,000 to 35000 per month
Experience: Minimum 6 months
Education: Graduate / Undergraduate
English: C1-level English proficiency
Working Days: 5 days per week
Shift: Rotational shifts / Rotational offs
Transport: Free two-way cab facility

Job Responsibilities

- Manage backend booking operations, including new bookings, cancellations, and amendments.
- Coordinate with travel partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth booking processes.
- Handle booking-related queries and resolve issues within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate booking records and update systems regularly.
- Coordinate with partners regarding availability, confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders.
- Follow company SOPs and maintain high service-quality standards.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in backend operations, travel operations,



reservations, customer support, or a related field.
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
- Positive computer skills and ability to work on multiple systems.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational offs.
