- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in Malayalam.
- Assist customers with their queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Maintain qualified communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and update details in the company's system.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and call-handling procedures.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned department when required.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
