We are seeking a highly motivated, persuasive, and results-driven Telecaller Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between our company and potential customers. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales conversions through outbound campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional verbal communication skills, a patient yet persuasive attitude, and a solid target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls daily to prospective customers from provided databases and directories.
- Product Pitching: Clearly present, promote, and explain our company's products/services using customized sales pitches and standard scripts.
- Prospect Qualification: Ask strategic questions to understand customer needs, qualify prospects, and funnel high-potential leads to the senior sales team.

Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
