Job Purpose: To plan, coordinate, and execute interior projects from site measurement to final handover, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, budget control, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning: Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and material requirements for each site.
- Site Coordination: Coordinate with designers, factory, procurement, installation teams, contractors, and clients.
- Project Execution: Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Timeline Management: Ensure projects are completed within the committed schedule and resolve delays promptly.
- Quality Control: Inspect measurements, materials, workmanship, and installation quality at every stage.
- Budget Control: Monitor project costs, material usage, wastage, and additional expenses.
- Material Management:



Ensure timely availability of materials and coordinate dispatches from the factory.
- Team Management: Allocate work, monitor team performance, and ensure proper utilisation of manpower.
- Client Communication: Update clients on project progress, address complaints, and coordinate changes through proper approval.
- Issue Resolution: Identify site challenges, technical issues, and execution errors and take corrective action.
- Payment Coordination: Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams to ensure milestone payments are collected as per company policy.
- Final Handover: Conduct final inspections, prepare snag lists, ensure rectification, and obtain client handover confirmation.
