- Plan preventive maintenance and machine inspections.
- Lead breakdown repairs and troubleshoot Siemens controllers, PLCs, servo drives, and motors.
- Maintain spindles, tool changers, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
- Investigate repeated faults and arrange lasting corrections.
- Track downtime, repair time, and machine availability.
- Manage spare parts and coordinate vendor service visits.
- Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance technicians.
- Support new machine installation and keep maintenance records accurate.
- Follow safety procedures and control repair costs.
