Job Title: Sr. Marketing and HR Executive

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Location: Mohali, Punjab (In-office)

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sr. Marketing and HR Executive to manage HR activities, lead generation, client outreach, partner coordination, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle both HR and marketing responsibilities effectively.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Human Resource:

- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate candidate communication, interviews, and selection processes.
- Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and assist with daily HR operations.

Marketing :

- Generate potential leads and maintain updated prospect databases.
- Conduct outreach calls and communicate with prospective clients and business partners.
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams to share and track leads.
- Manage follow-ups and update lead status in CRM systems.
- Support marketing outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.
- Assist with partner engagement, business collaborations,



and relationship management.
- Support social media posting, promotional activities, and marketing coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and marketing activities.

Required Skills

- Graduate in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in communicating with candidates, clients, and business partners over phone calls.
- Basic understanding of HR, Marketing, and lead generation.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Good organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
