Key responsibilities

· Team Leadership:

· Motivate the team to maximize productivity and performance.

· Provide coaching, conduct performance reviews, and offer constructive feedback.

· Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.

· Strategy and Planning:

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.

· Set transparent sales goals, quotas, and territories for team members.

· Create and manage sales forecasts.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
