Job Summary

Antares by RajLaxmi is looking for dedicated and skilled Commis to join our Kitchen team across various sections. The candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain quality and hygiene standards, and ensure smooth kitchen operations as per hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food as per the assigned kitchen section.
- Work in Continental, Chinese, Indian Curry, Tandoor, or Cafeteria as assigned.
- Complete daily mise-en-place and ensure timely preparation for service.
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, presentation, and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and freshness of food ingredients.
- Assist senior chefs and CDPs during daily kitchen operations and service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs at all times.




- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
- Support the team during busy operations, banquets, and special events when required.

Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or qualified kitchen preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Continental, Chinese, Indian Curry, Tandoor, or Cafeteria will be considered based on their area of expertise.
- Good knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Disciplined, hardworking, punctual, and a good team player.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

Candidates with experience in reputed hotels, resorts, or premium restaurants and good knowledge of their respective section will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
