About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator who has worked in a digital marketing agency and managed social media for both the agency itself and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with UAE-based clients and handle client discussions professionally.
- Manage and grow the company's own social media pages.
- Handle social media accounts for multiple clients, including UAE-based clients.
- Create engaging reels, videos, carousels, stories, and social media posts.
- Confidently appear on camera and create face-to-camera content.
- Develop monthly content calendars and social media strategies.
- Research trends, plan shoots, and coordinate content production.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and overall performance.
- Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Use social media analytics to improve content performance and brand growth.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience managing both the agency's own social media pages and client accounts.




- Proven experience handling multiple brands or clients.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Practical experience creating reels, short-form videos, and engaging content.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting content.
- Good understanding of content strategy, trends, calendars, and analytics.
- Strong communication, client-handling, and coordination skills.
- Must be available to work full-time from our Indore office.
- A portfolio showcasing agency page management, client accounts, content creation, and growth results is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
