Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Academic Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students/parents, handling enquiries, explaining courses and programs, following up with leads, and supporting the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and programs.
- Handle incoming enquiries and generate follow-ups.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective communication.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students.
- Meet admission/enrollment targets.
- Maintain basic records and follow-up reports.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Previous experience in counseling, telecalling, sales, or admissions will be an advantage.
- Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Compensation:
₹10,000 – ₹11,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives.
