We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our Bhubaneswar team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and understand students' career and learning requirements.
- Counsel students and working professionals regarding suitable courses and career-oriented programs.
- Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/lead management systems.
- Build robust relationships with prospective students and guide them throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for a smooth student onboarding experience.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales and counselling reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, negotiation,
and convincing skills.
- Good sales and lead-conversion abilities.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and prioritize follow-ups effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email communication.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
