- Prepare Indian sweets and desserts as per approved recipes and menu requirements.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Ensure timely preparation and execution of daily orders.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of ingredients.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Coordinate with senior chefs and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
- Follow kitchen SOPs and instructions from senior chefs.
- Report stock shortages, quality issues, and operational concerns to the reporting chef.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
