Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs, queries, and concerns.
- Promote company products and services and generate sales opportunities.




- Provide accurate information, resolve customer queries, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives, wherever applicable.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update call details in the system.
- Follow company policies, call-handling procedures, and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply.
- Undergraduates and graduates from any stream can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi, as required by the process.
- Basic computer knowledge .
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Confidence in handling telephone conversations and meeting performance goals.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the office at IT City, Mohali.
