About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, target-driven Telecaller who is confident on calls and good at turning leads into customers through clear communication and consistent follow-ups.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Follow up with leads through calls and other channels
- Understand customer needs and explain our products clearly
- Handle queries and resolve basic concerns professionally
- Qualify leads and drive conversions
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and outcomes in CRM
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team for smooth lead closure
- Share regular updates on lead status and performance

Requirements





- 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support or inside sales
- Strong spoken Hindi and English
- Good convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay positive
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead tools
- Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
