Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct structured technical interviews for candidates based on their relevant job descriptions.
- Evaluate technical knowledge, practical experience and problem-solving ability.
- Ask role-specific questions and assess candidates against client requirements.
- Conduct coding exercises, technical assessments or scenario-based evaluations where applicable.
- Maintain professional communication and follow the assigned interview structure.
- Provide clear, objective and detailed interview feedback.
- Complete interview feedback within the required timeline, generally within 8 hours.
- Follow client-specific instructions and Excel Interviewers' quality control guidelines.




- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards throughout the interview process.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in at least one relevant technology domain.
- Strong hands-on technical or functional expertise in the selected specialisation.
- Prior technical interviewing, mentoring or candidate assessment experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Reliable internet connection, clear audio, a working webcam and a professional interview setup.
- Ability to commit to mutually agreed interview slots.
- Willingness to complete onboarding and follow the required quality standards.

Compensation & Engagement

- Freelance, remote engagement with flexible scheduling.
- Payment of ₹200 per successfully completed 30 mins interview that meets the applicable quality requirements.
- No fixed monthly salary or guaranteed volume of interviews.
- Interview opportunities depend on client demand, skill requirements and interviewer availability.
- Payments are subject to the agreed engagement terms and quality control requirements.
