We are hiring an HR Executive with strong functional expertise in HRMS/ HRIS platforms for Kochi. In this role, you will drive functional system optimizations, manage HR workflows, oversee end to end payroll administration and support core employee relations.
Key Requirements:
HRMS Functional Expertise: Strong Functional knowledge of HRIS/HRMS Modules, workflow management and system utilization.
Education: Bachelors/ Masters degree in Human Resource management.
Experience: 2-3 years in core HR System
Skills: Solid oral & written communication capabilities
Notice period: Immediate- 30 days
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
