Job Summary
House of Fett is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and sales-driven Senior Fashion Consultant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fashion, styling, customer service, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting outfits based on their preferences, occasions, and styling needs.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store sales.
- Provide personalised styling advice and product recommendations.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, collections, and product knowledge.
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and team coordination.
- Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation, and store cleanliness.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the team for replenishment.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Support new team members with product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in women's apparel.
- Strong communication, customer service, and selling skills.
- Good fashion sense and styling knowledge.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
- Well-groomed, confident, and skilled personality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
