TWO WHEELER AND LICENSE COMPLUSORY

This Outbound Sales Representative role at Yuva Sol LLP is a field-based and customer-facing opportunity focused on developing new business for solar panel cleaning and maintenance services. The representative will identify potential customers, connect with residential solar owners and businesses, and introduce Yuva Sol's service offerings, including solar panel cleaning, preventive maintenance, electrical checks, inverter checks and other rooftop solar care solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include making outbound calls, conducting door-to-door visits, contacting solar installation companies for potential partnerships, explaining service plans, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting enquiries into paying customers. The role will also involve maintaining customer and lead records, understanding customer requirements, communicating service benefits, and supporting the growth of Yuva Sol LLP's customer base and service partner network.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage with homeowners, business owners and solar installation companies.




- Candidates should demonstrate Sales and Lead Generation Skills, including prospecting, follow-ups, objection handling and customer conversion.
- Candidates should possess good Negotiation and Relationship-Building Skills to develop customer relationships and explore potential business partnerships.
- Candidates should have basic Digital and Record-Keeping Skills to maintain lead details, customer information and sales follow-ups.
- Candidates should demonstrate initiative, persistence and a target-oriented approach to business development.
- An interest in solar energy, renewable energy or customer-facing business roles will be an advantage. Prior sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
