Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually appealing designs for social media, digital marketing campaigns, print materials, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, typography, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, and digital advertisements for multiple brands.
- Create print materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and standees.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, design templates, and reusable creative assets.
- Collaborate with social media, video editing, and marketing teams to develop campaign creatives.
- Adapt designs to meet different platform specifications and marketing requirements.
- Maintain organised design files and ensure consistency across all brand assets.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions within project timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and layout design.




- Knowledge of social media creatives and digital advertising design.
- Basic understanding of print production, CMYK colour modes, bleed, and file preparation.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and positive time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt designs based on feedback.
- A portfolio showcasing design skills and previous projects.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Canva for quick design requirements.
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
- Experience with AI-based design tools such as Adobe Firefly or Midjourney.
- Knowledge of logo design and brand identity development.
- Telugu or Hindi typography skills are an added advantage.

- Freshers with strong design fundamentals and a creative portfolio are welcome.
- Experienced candidates with relevant graphic design skills can apply.
- Selection will be based on design knowledge, creativity, practical skills, and portfolio quality.
