Job Summary

Exim Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to support daily logistics operations, documentation, and data management. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain accurate records while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain shipment, customer, and operational data in the company's systems and databases.
- Prepare and maintain logistics and EXIM-related documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping details, and other relevant records.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.
- Coordinate with the operations and documentation teams to obtain and update shipment-related information.
- Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.
- Track shipment details and update records as per operational requirements.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies.
- Handle emails, spreadsheets, and routine administrative tasks related to logistics operations.




- Ensure the confidentiality and security of company and customer information.
- Complete assigned tasks within specified timelines and follow company procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: graduate degree is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn logistics, import-export, and shipping documentation processes.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, and EXIM operations.
- Familiarity with commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, and related documentation.
- Previous experience in data entry, back-office operations, or logistics documentation will be an advantage.
