We are looking for an organized, hands-on Event Manager to manage chaat catering operations at weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events. The role involves planning, team coordination, counter setup, client communication, and ensuring smooth service from preparation to event closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the confirmed menu, guest count, service timings, venue requirements, and client expectations.

- Prepare event plans covering staffing, ingredients, equipment, counters, transport, and setup schedules.

- Coordinate with chefs, purchasing teams, vendors, transporters, and venue staff.

- Supervise loading, dispatch, unloading, counter installation, and presentation.

- Brief and allocate duties to chefs, service staff, and helpers.

- Ensure food quality, hygiene, staff grooming, and consistent taste and portion sizes.

- Manage live chaat counters, replenishment, queues, and peak service periods.

- Act as the main contact for the client and event planner during execution.

- Resolve operational issues and guest concerns promptly.

- Control wastage, track stock usage,



and manage approved event expenses.

- Supervise dismantling and the return of equipment and unused stock.

- Submit an event report covering expenses, attendance, consumption, feedback, and improvements.

Candidate Requirements

- Preferably 2–4 years of experience in outdoor catering, banquet operations, or event management.

- Experience with chaat counters and wedding catering is an advantage.

- Robust leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple teams and work calmly under pressure.

- Basic knowledge of inventory tracking, costing, Excel, and event reporting.

- Willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends, and flexible event hours.

Success Measures

Timely setup, smooth service, satisfied clients, consistent food quality, controlled wastage, and accurate equipment reconciliation.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
