We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive with 1 to 2.5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or software sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining TallyPrime products and services, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain TallyPrime software, features, benefits, and related services to potential clients.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain customer and lead information in the CRM or sales tracker.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the field sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer communication.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update the status of each lead.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 1 to 2.5 years of experience in telesales,



telecalling, or inside sales.
- Experience in software sales, TallyPrime, accounting software, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi, Marathi, and English.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in selling Tally, accounting software, ERP, or other business software solutions.
- Candidates who are comfortable making outbound calls and working with monthly sales targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of calls made and leads generated.
- Qualified leads and product demonstrations scheduled.
- Follow-up effectiveness and lead conversion ratio.
- Monthly sales target achievement.
- Accuracy of CRM records and customer data.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
