Industry: Civil Construction / Highway & Road Infrastructure
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Highway Road Work Engineer to join our civil construction team for ongoing highway and road development projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage day-to-day highway/road construction activities.
* Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications and approved standards.
* Handle WBM, DBM, BC, GSB, earthwork, subgrade and road construction activities.
* Monitor site progress, quality and manpower.
* Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, surveyors and clients.
* Maintain daily site reports, measurements and work records.
* Check material quality and ensure proper utilization.
* Ensure safety procedures are followed at the site.
* Coordinate with the client/consultant for inspections and approvals.
Requirements
* Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
* 2–5 years of relevant experience in highway/road construction.
* Good knowledge of highway construction methods and site execution.
* Ability to read drawings and understand BOQ/specifications.
* Good communication and site-management skills.
* Candidates with experience in NHAI/HSR/PWD/highway projects will be preferred.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
