Procurement Executive | CAP ProjectX

CAP ProjectX is a growing Design & Build firm delivering commercial projects across retail, hospitality, F&B; and corporate spaces. We're hiring a Procurement Executive to own the buying side of our projects: the right vendors and materials, at the right cost, delivered on time.

What you'll do

- Manage procurement for interior fit-out projects, from BOQ to site delivery
- Study drawings and BOQs to prepare material and work packages
- Brief vendors, collect and validate quotes, negotiate and recommend award
- Prepare Fair Value Quote packs for client approval
- Raise POs and work orders and track them through to delivery
- Coordinate with design, project and site teams on approvals, samples and schedules
- Onboard vendors, maintain the vendor database and review performance quarterly
- Track budget vs. actual spend and report savings
- Share daily procurement reports





What we're looking for

- B.Arch, B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or Master's in Project Management
- 2–3 years of procurement experience in interior fit-outs
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery and services
- Ability to read drawings and BOQs
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP tools
- Fluent in English and Hindi

Preferred: retail, hospitality, F&B; or corporate office project experience, or a Design & Build background.
