- Identify, prospect, and pitch WhatsApp Business API, RCS messaging, and bulk communication solutions to B2B or industrial clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, product/platform demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and client onboarding.
- Convert inbound WhatsApp enquiries and Click-to-WhatsApp ad leads into paying customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and sales pipeline targets.

Campaign Management & Automation (WhatsApp Business API)

- Plan and execute bulk broadcast and drip campaigns using official API providers like AiSensy, Interakt, WATI, or Gupshup.
- Design, submit, and get approval for WhatsApp message templates (promotional, transactional, and utility).
- Build and optimize chatbot flows, automated replies, and interactive WhatsApp Flows for lead qualification and customer support.8

Compliance & Accoun8t Health

- Ensure all messaging strictly adheres to Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform policies and opt-in consent regulations.
- Monitor number quality ratings, delivery/read/reply rates, opt-outs, and block ratios to maintain a healthy sender reputation.
- Maintain clean CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce,



or Google Sheets) and update lead conversion status regularly. [1]

8Required Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with official WhatsApp Business API platforms (AiSensy, Interakt, WATI, etc.) and Meta Business Suite. [1]

- Sales Acumen: Robust prospecting, pitching, objection-handling, and deal-closing capabilities. [1]
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. [1]
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track metrics like CTR, reply rates, conversion rates, and ROI using Excel/Google Sheets or CRM dashboards. [1]
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). [1]

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Monthly and quarterly sales revenue generated
- Number of qualified leads and active client demos delivered
- WhatsApp campaign delivery, open, and reply rates
- Opt-in contact list growth and conversion rates
- WhatsApp account quality rating and compliance score
