Position: Sales & Business Development Associate

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Pitch RUSBORN's services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Generate pre-bookings and advance sales.
- Convert prospects into paying customers.
- Build client relationships and help drive business revenue.

EARN 30% COMMISSION ON EVERY SUCCESSFUL SALE!

- Get 30% commission on each successful sale you generate.
- No fixed salary — earnings are performance-based.
- Gain practical experience in sales, negotiation, and business development.

WHO CAN APPLY?

- Age group: 19–24 years.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable approaching potential customers and closing deals.
