JOB DESCRIPTION – ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN-PROJECTS

Position: Electrical Project Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for an Electrical Project Technician to support the installation, electrical wiring, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial food processing and refrigeration machinery at customer sites across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out electrical installation and wiring of industrial machinery and control panels.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment at project sites.
- Perform cable laying, cable termination, panel connections, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and circuit diagrams.
- Assist in testing motors, sensors, electrical components, and control systems.
- Coordinate with project engineers and other technicians to complete site work within the scheduled timeline.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and maintain proper tools and equipment.
- Prepare daily work progress reports and share site photographs with the reporting manager.
- Perform other project-related electrical activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.




- 3–5 years of experience in industrial electrical installation, wiring, or commissioning preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical panels, motors, cable termination, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and follow technical instructions.
- Willingness to travel and work at customer sites across India.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and problem-solving skills.

Travel & Site Stay Requirements

- Must be willing to stay continuously at project sites for up to 60 days per assignment.
- Projects may be located anywhere across India.
- Willingness to travel as per project requirements and stay until the assigned work is completed.
- Accommodation and other site-related arrangements will be as per company policy.

Other Requirements

- Must follow company rules, site safety standards, and customer site instructions.
- Should be punctual, responsible, and capable of working in an industrial setting.
