CFSE – Center for Skill Excellence is seeking a confident and self-motivated Business Development Manager to connect with colleges and promote our Placement & Career Readiness Workshops.

The role involves building relationships with college principals, Training & Placement Officers, and other decision-makers, securing workshop bookings, and coordinating with colleges and trainers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reach out to colleges through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
- Present CFSE’s workshop offerings and discuss college requirements.
- Share proposals and follow up to confirm workshop engagements.
- Coordinate workshop dates, topics, fees, and arrangements with colleges and trainers.
- Maintain contact records and provide regular updates on outreach progress.
- Visit colleges in and around Kolkata when required.

Requirements:

- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.




- Confidence in approaching and interacting with college representatives.
- Ability to work independently and manage regular follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of email, MS Office, or Google Workspace.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in business development, educational sales, or college outreach is preferred.

Travel Reimbursement:

- Up to Rs. 2,000 per month

Location: Kolkata
Work Arrangement: Work from home with occasional visits to colleges.
