- Strategic Sourcing & RFx Management: Lead Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), and tender processes for hardware and software vendors.
- Vendor & OEM Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, volume discounts, multi-year rate cards, and back-to-back warranty support with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and System Integrators
- Software Asset Management (SAM) & License Optimization: Track license usage, prevent over-deployment or compliance breaches, and optimize renewals to cut unnecessary OPEX/CAPEX spend.
- Contract Administration: Draft, review, and manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). [1]
- Spend Analytics & Reporting: Maintain purchasing data, budget tracking, vendor scorecards, and cost-reduction metrics.
- Process Digitization: Implement or manage Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) systems, ERP tools, and automated requisition workflows

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
