About the Role
We're hiring a proactive, analytical Product Manager to plan, design, and deliver product features for our software products. You'll work closely with design, development, and QA teams to turn ideas into structured, user-friendly features that support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Contribute to product planning and maintain roadmaps and feature priorities
- Design features, including functionality, workflows, user journeys, and dependencies
- Write requirements, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work with UI/UX designers on wireframes, layouts, and user flows
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes by value, impact, feasibility, and effort
- Break features into tasks, track development, and validate them with QA
- Plan releases and manage timelines and dependencies




- Maintain product documentation and process flows
- Analyze feedback and industry trends to recommend improvements

What We're Looking For :

- 1-3 years in product management, product/business analysis, or a similar IT role
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and sprint planning
- Knowledge of user stories, specs, workflows, and UI/UX principles
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with Jira, Figma, or Confluence is a plus

Valuable to Have :

- Any ug or pg in technical background or related field with product experience
- A product-oriented mindset and ownership of features from concept to release
