- Design and develop backend services using Golang.
- Write clean, efficient, and reliable production code.
- Solve complex problems using data structures and algorithms.
- Own features and backend modules end-to-end.
- Debug production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Improve system scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Backend engineering experience.
- Solid hands-on experience with Golang.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience building APIs, services, and backend systems.

- Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
- Understanding of scalability, system failures, and edge cases.
