Ops roles | Full-time | Onsite, Bangalore (site travel reimbursed) | ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month

Who We Are

Beyond Frontier builds multimodal data for Physical AI. Workers at factories, shops and commercial sites wear small cameras on the job. That footage teaches robots how real work gets done. We are hiring three ops roles to run this on the ground.

Role 1: Head of Operations, The Command Center

- Plan and track camera distribution and collection across all sites

- Own total recording hours and hit weekly and monthly targets

- Keep a live record of every camera: location, holder, condition

- Lead supervisors and fix ground issues fast

- Report daily to founders: hours recorded, cameras active, issues

- Cut losses from missing or idle cameras and wasted recording days

You fit if: 2+ years in field ops, logistics or supply chain, strong with spreadsheets, calm under pressure.

Role 2: Site Supervisor, The Eyes on the Ground

- Set up cameras at sites and train workers to wear and use them

- Check footage at fixed times: angle, clarity, battery, storage

- Catch problems early, before a day of footage is lost

- Collect, back up and charge devices on schedule





- Keep a daily log of checks and issues

You fit if: good with gadgets, detail-focused, comfortable travelling between sites, speak Kannada, Hindi or Marathi.

Role 3: Data and Device Technician, The Pit Crew

Offload footage from cameras and upload it to cloud storage daily

Check every upload is complete, correctly named and sorted by site and date

Explicit camera storage only after uploads are confirmed

Charge, clean and test cameras, batteries and accessories

Spot faulty devices, fix basic issues and flag repairs

Keep a device health and upload log

You fit if: comfortable with computers, file management and gadgets, careful with data, speak Kannada, Hindi or Marathi.

What You Get
