Position: Floor In-Charge

We are looking for a person with strong leadership and communication skills who can manage the sales floor, guide the team, ensure excellent customer service, and support overall showroom growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the sales floor
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Ensure customers receive excellent service and a positive shopping experience
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and work allocation
- Assist customers when required and handle important customer interactions
- Understand customer requirements and ensure proper product/fashion guidance
- Coordinate with the sales team and production team for customer requirements and orders
- Monitor order status and ensure timely follow-up
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Ensure proper display, arrangement, and presentation of products
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and overall showroom standards
- Monitor stock movement and coordinate with the relevant team when required
- Prepare and communicate daily sales and floor updates to management




- Take initiative to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance

Candidate Profile

- Smart, confident, well-presented, and professional
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer-handling ability
- Good knowledge or interest in fashion and apparel
- Responsible, disciplined, and target-oriented
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Previous experience as a Floor In-Charge, Team Leader, Senior Sales Executive, or Showroom Supervisor will be an advantage
