We are looking for a confident and motivated Immigration Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our immigration and overseas job services, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads.
- Understand clients' requirements related to overseas jobs, work visas, and immigration services.
- Provide accurate and basic information about available immigration and overseas employment programs.
- Follow up with interested clients through calls and messages.
- Schedule consultations and appointments with immigration counsellors.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Build positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and counselling team to convert qualified leads.
- Handle client queries professionally and escalate complex immigration questions to senior counsellors.

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
