Experience: 8–12 years in modular furniture / interior manufacturing KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Type: Full-time | Factory-based Manage and oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the modular kitchen, wardrobe and customized furniture manufacturing factory.
Plan and coordinate production, procurement, stores, quality, dispatch and installation activities.
Ensure smooth coordination between Design, Production, Purchase, Stores, Projects, Accounts and Installation teams.
Monitor production schedules and ensure all projects are completed within committed timelines. Allocate manpower, machines and resources according to production requirements.
Supervise CNC, panel cutting, edge banding, drilling, assembly, finishing, packing and dispatch operations.
Ensure production is carried out according to approved drawings, BOQs, cutting lists and specifications.
Monitor availability and proper utilization of plywood, MDF, HDHMR, laminates, acrylic, hardware and other materials.
Control material wastage, rework, rejection and unnecessary production costs.
Monitor machine utilization, maintenance schedules, breakdowns and production downtime.
Ensure proper quality checks at every stage of manufacturing. Coordinate finished goods inspection and ensure products are ready for timely dispatch.
Manage factory supervisors, machine operators, carpenters, helpers and other operational staff.
Maintain factory discipline, safety standards, housekeeping and operational procedures. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Maintain proper inventory and coordinate with Purchase and Stores to avoid material shortages.
Review daily production, manpower,



material consumption, wastage and dispatch reports.
Conduct regular factory meetings and review operational performance with management. Ensure proper documentation and systematic workflow across all departments. Implement processes to improve productivity, efficiency, quality and cost control.
Handle urgent production and project-related issues and ensure timely resolution. REQUIRED SKILLS Strong practical knowledge of modular kitchen and wardrobe manufacturing.
Excellent understanding of factory operations and production workflow. Knowledge of CNC, panel saw, edge-banding, drilling and other woodworking machinery. Good knowledge of modular hardware, carcass, shutters, drawers, hinges, channels and accessories.
Strong manpower and team-management skills. Ability to coordinate multiple departments and projects simultaneously.
Good understanding of technical drawings, BOQs, measurements and production requirements.
Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to control production costs, wastage and operational delays. Have authority to assign work and responsibilities to supervisors, machine operators, carpenters, helpers and other factory staff. May change production priorities and schedules to meet urgent project deadlines, subject to overall management commitments. Have authority to stop production when reliable quality, safety, drawing or material issues are identified.
May approve minor rework, production adjustments and process corrections within approved company standards. Can recommend and implement improvements to production processes, workflow, manpower utilization and machine utilization.
Can identify operational bottlenecks and take immediate corrective action within the approved budget and company policies

May recommend overtime, additional manpower, subcontracting or machine servicing based on production requirements.
Must escalate major quality issues, repeated production failures, significant material wastage, safety incidents and project delays to senior management.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
