Job Description

We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and experienced Duty Medical Officer (BHMS) with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and strong ICU exposure.

The ideal candidate should be confident in handling emergency cases, managing ICU patients, monitoring critical patients, and coordinating with consultants and nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day patient care and medical emergencies.
- Monitor ICU patients, assess their clinical condition, and respond promptly to changes.
- Handle emergency situations and provide immediate medical assistance.
- Perform patient assessments, maintain medical records, and document treatment plans.
- Coordinate with consultants, specialists, and nursing staff.




- Monitor vital signs and ensure timely escalation of critical cases.
- Follow hospital protocols and maintain patient safety standards.
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently during duty hours.

Requirements

- BHMS qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Strong ICU and emergency handling experience is essential.
- Positive clinical assessment and patient management skills.
- Ability to manage critical situations confidently and responsibly.
- Good communication skills and a skilled approach.
