- Contact prospective customers and schedule appointments.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Conduct product presentations and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, variants, accessories, finance, insurance, and exchange options.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate within company guidelines.
- Education
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Experience
- 0–3 years in automobile sales, retail sales, or customer-facing roles.
Skills Required
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered.
