Job Description:
We are looking for a Travel Agent (Sales Process) with experience in the US travel market and handling PPC inbound calls. The ideal candidate should be sales-driven, confident with US customers, and experienced in converting calls into flight bookings.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound PPC calls for flight reservations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months experience in PPC travel calls.
- Mandatory experience in US market / US client handling.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Knowledge of US airlines and fare rules.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with GDS or airline booking portals.
- Understanding of chargeback prevention.
- Book domestic and international airline tickets.
- Assist US clients with changes, cancellations, and reissues.
- Explain fare rules, baggage policies, and airline terms.
- Process payments with proper authorization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
