Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Brief

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will transform complex ideas into high-impact visuals across digital and print mediums. You will collaborate closely with marketing, copywriting, and product teams to ensure all visuals align tightly with our core brand guidelines. A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and conceptual clarity is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Conceptualise visuals: Study design briefs, gather project requirements, and brainstorm creative layouts.
- Design multi-channel assets: Create compelling graphics for social media, email campaigns, websites, packaging, and digital ads.
- Maintain brand consistency: Enforce and evolve visual identity guidelines regarding typography, layouts, and color palettes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work alongside copywriters, creative directors, and marketing managers to execute campaign concepts.
- Draft and revise: Prepare rough mock-ups, present design ideas to stakeholders, and implement constructive feedback.
- Production quality assurance: Inspect final layouts for text readability, image resolution,



and formatting across multiple device formats and print mediums.

Requirements & Skills

- Proven professional experience: 3+ years of experience working as a graphic designer or digital illustrator within an agency or in-house environment.
- Outstanding portfolio: A robust collection of work showcasing robust typography, layout skills, and creative problem-solving.
- Software proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Technical principles: Strong command over design theory, photo manipulation, vector graphics, and color theory.
- Workplace skills: Strong verbal communication, comfortable presenting work, and excellent time management under tight project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Formal education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a closely related field.
- Multimedia skills: Basic familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or web languages like HTML5 and CSS3.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
