JOB PROFILE - RETAIL OUTLET MANAGER - VADODARA

LOCATION - VADODARA

A Retail Outlet Manager at Jagdish Farshan Pvt. Ltd will oversee the daily operations, staff, sales performance, and customer experience of a retail store or branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Operations: Manage opening and closing procedures, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure safety and security compliance.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule shifts, mentor, and evaluate store employees to maintain high productivity.
- Sales & Targets: Drive revenue growth, set and track sales targets, analyze sales data, and plan promotional campaigns.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, handle reordering, coordinate with suppliers, and minimize shrinkage or waste.
- Customer Service: Handle escalated customer complaints, model a customer-first attitude,



and ensure high satisfaction.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive product displays, pricing accuracy, and brand standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: High school diploma (12th pass) or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or Hotel Management.
- Experience: Generally 2 to 7 years of retail operations or store management experience.
- Core Skills: Strong leadership, communication, inventory tracking, Point of Sale (POS) software proficiency, and basic financial acumen.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
