About Alethos and Matri

Alethos is developing Matri, software for Indian outpatient clinics covering documentation, appointments, prescriptions, labs and follow-up. Website: https://www.alethos.in

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on person to demonstrate Matri, train clinic staff and coordinate onboarding across Pune. Initial demonstrations and training use synthetic patient data.

Responsibilities

- Visit clinics and demonstrate the software to doctors and clinic staff.
- Configure clinic accounts and train doctors and receptionists.
- Coordinate onboarding, follow up with clinics and check that staff can complete the agreed workflows independently.
- Handle basic software, browser, login and printing support.
- Document problems clearly and coordinate resolution with the technical team.
- Maintain records of demonstrations, onboarding progress and support requests.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience implementing or supporting clinic/hospital software.
- Hands-on experience demonstrating software or training healthcare staff.
- Fluent spoken Marathi and Hindi,



with good spoken and written English.
- Comfortable using computers, browsers and printers.
- Willingness to travel locally across Pune.
- Patient communication, practical troubleshooting and dependable follow-through.

Compensation

- Fixed salary: ₹25,000 per month.
- Additional clinic-onboarding incentives of up to ₹2,500 per successfully onboarded clinic, payable against defined written milestones. Incentives are variable and are separate from fixed salary.
- Approved local travel expenses reimbursed separately.

Job type: Full time. Location: Pune, Maharashtra, with local clinic visits.
