Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lectures and lessons for HSC curriculum subjects (Science, Commerce, or Arts streams).
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with board requirements.
- Guide students in exam preparation, assignments, and projects.
- Provide academic counseling and mentorship to support student success.
- Maintain records of student performance and attendance.
- Incorporate modern teaching methods (digital tools, interactive learning, etc.).
- Participate in faculty meetings,



training sessions, and curriculum development.

Qualifications

- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject area (Science, Commerce, Arts).
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with HSC syllabus (State Board/CBSE/ICSE).
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience at higher secondary level. Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
- Classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital tools.
- Patience, adaptability, and mentoring ability.

Pay: ₹107,670.00 - ₹123,052.00 per month
