Job Summary

HIMS invites applications from qualified and enthusiastic academicians for the position of Assistant Professor – MBA to deliver quality management education, mentor students, support research, and promote industry-oriented learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach MBA subjects in Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Business Analytics, Strategy, and related specializations.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students in internships, dissertations, research projects, and career development.
- Organise seminars, workshops, industry interactions, and management activities.
- Contribute to research publications, faculty development, and academic collaborations.
- Support curriculum delivery, IQAC, NAAC,



academic audits, and accreditation documentation.
- Maintain academic records and undertake departmental responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

- MBA or an equivalent relevant postgraduate qualification from a recognised university.
- Must fulfil applicable UGC and affiliating university eligibility requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong management subject knowledge and teaching abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and student mentoring skills.
- Research aptitude and proficiency in digital teaching tools.
- Commitment to academic excellence and career development.
