About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and conduct initial screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support the HR team with daily recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Freshers and students interested in HR are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and organizational skills.
- MBA HR, BBA, BCom, or any graduate background is welcome.
