- Domain Expertise: Mandatory experience in FinTech, BFSI, Banking, Housing Finance, and Home Loan.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL (queries, data analysis, and reporting).
- Requirement Gathering: Interact with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Documentation: Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with business users, development, QA, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Testing Support: Assist in UAT, validate solutions, and ensure business requirements are met.
