Job Description:
We are hiring experienced professionals for our Travel Backend Process team. The role involves handling travel operations, reservations, ticketing, and related backend activities with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage travel reservations, ticketing, and backend operations
- Ensure smooth processing of travel-related queries and requests
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Travel Process is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of travel operations, reservations, and ticketing
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable with the offered CTC, work location, and shift requirements
- Immediate joiners preferred
