We are looking for a proactive, observant, and detail-oriented Operations Intern who can support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, college activations, brand promotions, and events.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on the ground, coordinating with different stakeholders, solving operational challenges, and ensuring that every campaign runs smoothly from planning to execution.

Candidates with prior freelancing experience, event management exposure, brand activation experience, campus ambassador experience, or experience working with marketing agencies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Event & Brand Activation Operations

Assist in planning and executing college events, campus activations, brand promotions, experiential marketing campaigns, and student engagement initiatives.

Coordinate with event teams, vendors, college representatives, brand partners, and other stakeholders.

Support venue preparation, event schedules, resource allocation, logistics, and on-ground arrangements.

Monitor event execution and promptly identify and resolve operational issues.

2.⁠ ⁠Campaign Coordination & Execution

Support the execution of marketing campaigns across educational institutions, student communities, and partner brands.

Coordinate with influencers, creators, freelancers, campus representatives, and field teams.

Ensure that campaign deliverables, timelines, and assigned responsibilities are completed as planned.

Follow up with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.

3.⁠ ⁠Communication & Stakeholder Management

Communicate professionally with college authorities, clients, vendors, event teams, creators, and internal team members.

Make follow-up calls, share updates, confirm schedules, and maintain clear communication records.

Assist in briefing teams and communicating campaign requirements accurately.

Escalate delays, execution gaps, and unexpected issues to the reporting manager.

4.⁠ ⁠Observation, Monitoring & Quality Control





Closely observe on-ground activities to identify execution gaps, logistical issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Check whether campaign activities and event arrangements meet the agreed requirements.

Maintain attendance records, participation data, activity logs, and campaign documentation.

Collect relevant feedback, photographs, videos, and other approved proof of execution.

5.⁠ ⁠Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily or weekly operational updates and post-event reports.

Maintain trackers for campaign progress, vendor coordination, task completion, expenses, and deliverables.

Use Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google Forms, and other basic productivity tools to organise information.

Assist in collecting and maintaining attendee or participant information with appropriate institutional permission and consent.

6.⁠ ⁠Team Support & Problem-Solving

Work closely with the operations, marketing, and business development teams.

Manage multiple assigned tasks while prioritising urgent requirements.

Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and flexibility in a fast-paced working environment.

Suggest practical improvements to make campaign execution more efficient.

Basic proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation.





Ability to work collaboratively while managing assigned tasks independently.

Willingness to travel locally or attend on-ground activations and events when required.

Preferred experience:

Previous freelancing or internship experience in event management, event operations, marketing, or brand activations.

Experience working with college festivals, campus events, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, or experiential marketing projects.
Experience as a campus ambassador, event volunteer, student coordinator, or freelancer handling operational responsibilities.

Exposure to influencer campaigns, creator coordination, field marketing, or agency operations.

Relevant practical experience and a strong willingness to learn will be valued over formal qualifications alone.
