We are looking for qualified MBBS doctors to work as Critical Care Doctors / ICU Medical Officers. Candidates with ICU experience, emergency medicine experience, or additional training in critical care medicine are preferer

Job Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Assess patients and provide initial emergency management.
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
- Assist with ventilator management and other critical care procedures within the scope of training and competence.
- Coordinate with intensivists, consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Follow hospital protocols for infection control and patient safety.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council or register.
- Experience in ICU, emergency medicine, or critical care is preferred.
- Additional critical care qualifications or fellowships are desirable.
- Valuable clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Training

1. MBBS with Critical Care Experience





- MBBS doctors with practical ICU or emergency department experience.

2. Certificate / Fellowship Courses

- CCT – Certificate Course in Critical Care (verify the exact course and issuing institution).
- FMC – Fellowship in Medical Critical Care (verify the programme and eligibility).
- FCCCM – Fellowship of College of Critical Care Medicine, subject to the programme's current admission criteria.
- PCCCM – Primary Certification in Critical Care Medicine, subject to current eligibility and availability.
- CTCCM – Certificate of Training in Critical Care Medicine; confirm current course availability before considering candidates.

3. Advanced Critical Care Qualifications

- IDCCM – Indian Diploma in Critical Care Medicine.
- IFCCM – Indian Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine.
- FNB / DrNB Critical Care Medicine, where applicable.

Note: IDCCM, IFCCM, FNB and DrNB programmes may have postgraduate eligibility requirements and are not automatically open to MBBS-only candidates. Verify current eligibility and recognition with the relevant institution.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
